Simply click the “My Account/ Order status link at the top right hand corner of the screen/site. Under the login box, you’ll find a link that says, “Forgot your password? Click here” That link will send an email to you with information to create your new password or it can take you to another link to where you can change your password.
How do I shop unomafashion.com?
You can shop at our site by simply visiting www.unomafashion.com and you’ll be taken directly to the home page where you’ll click “SHOP NOW” and you’ll be taken to a new page with the entire navigational feature on the search bar at the top of every page. Simply roll your cursor over the word “SHOP NOW” to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as dresses, accessories or shoes. You can also navigate by clicking on any of the categories which appear in row on the left hand side of the site. Within each category, you will find subcategories to further refine your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for. If you are looking for a specific item, our search box is located on the upper right hand corner of our page. You may search for products by category, name, color or style. When you have made your selection, choose your size, quantity and color and then click on "add to cart". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on “Checkout” to be led through the checkout process. How can I cancel or modify my order?
Should you have any need to cancel or modify your order, you are required to call us at +1 (213) 537-0624 send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instruction included with your shipment. Merchandise returned to unomafashion.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. In order to make an exchange, you must place a new order for your preferred size, color, or item. You can either do so by visiting our website and repeating the original order process, or by contacting us via email at email@example.com.
How can I return my product?
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind and you need to exchange or return your item? No problem. Items marked FINAL SALE and EARRINGS cannot be returned or exchanged. FINAL SALE is indicated in red below the price on the category page and above the item description on the item page. Sale items not marked as FINAL SALE are returnable according to the below policies.
If you want to return or exchange an unwanted item, returns can only be made within 10 days for you to receive your full refund. Should you return your item outside the 10 day window, a store credit will be issued and not money refund. For sale item, please return within 5 days for full refund to be applied. Sales marked final sale are truly final and do not attract any form of refund.
All returns must be made with all the labels and hang tags still in place. No refund can be made without all the labels intact. All goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn and all labels intact. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. Refunds will not be accepted for dresses where this tag has been removed or item has been stained. Items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, our company we will not be able to accept that return.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewelry, unless it’s faulty.
Should you want to return an item, contact customer service via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone: (213) 537-0624 and a return label will be mailed to you immediately. Please complete the return form in the package sent to you and stick the label on the box with which the item was mailed to you, making sure that your own address is covered with the return label and send it through the post office. Once the item is received, your refund will be made within 3 working days into the card with which the order was originally made. After this, it should take your bank another 3-7 working days to reflect the refund.
REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS
Returns outside the US and CANADA must be returned by post. Should you wish to return your item(s) please complete the Returns Note within your parcel and fill in a returns quantity and reasons code against the item(s) you wish to return. Enclose your completed Returns Note and take it into your local Post Office. It is advisable to send your unwanted item(s) back using a secure delivery method such as Recorded or Special Delivery.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
